well this is my first build, i will post pics around lunch time today, currently i have
RRA Lower
Parts kit installed
Magpul Trigger Guard

I am planning on putting an ACE SOCOM stock on it
the hand guard is either going to be a standard free floating tube or the JP V-Tac Mod Hand Guard System.
the bolt is either going to be a LMT or an LMT enhanced
the barrel i am having trouble deciding, i have another 2 lowers on their way so this is def not my last build. (BRD has spread through my body) the barrel i am looking at is a White Oak Armament 16" match barrel, 1 in 7 twist with a .223 Wylde chamber, the question that i have is that i would like to get one with a crowned end not threaded, and am looking to hear your feedback as whether this would take away from anything? it will be used mostly on the range.

If it's a target gun, I suppose a crowned muzzle would be better.  Only thing it takes away from is the asthetics of a "tactical rifle" and functionality of a flash hider if you feel you'll ever need it.  I think a flash hider does come in handy for low light shooting.

As an alternative, consider a threaded muzzle with a Smith Vortex flash hider.  This one offers symmetrical gas exhaust that will not interfere with bullet direction and closely mimicks the effect of a target crown.  The Vortex also does not require indexing.  And it "tightens" as you shoot it.  This means you can install  it "finger tight" without it falling off.  Then it can be easily removed later for barrel cleaning.

This is my plan for my 18" SPR barrel from WOA.

is 280 high for the price of that barrel, the WOA 16" Stainless Steel Match Grade Barrel?

WOA make some of the best barrel's out there. Thats about right. I have a 18in SPR that I payed over $300 for and it will shoot better than I can.

Seems slightly high.  Adco Firearms has WOA barrels for around $250.

The price may be high as these WOA barrels are hard to keep in stock!

Nope, two different companies.  WOA uses mostly Wilson barrel blanks.  I'm not sure what Stag uses, but it may be Wilson as well

+1

while target shooters usually prefer a target crown, i prefer a threaded muzzle w/ some sort of muzzle device--+1 for a Vortex or if its a break: F2 or Benley Cooley

I think that may be just the barrel extension that is STAG arms.  It looks like the barrel itself says WOA on it, if we are looking at the same picture.

im also looking at getting an EOtech 511 does anyone have anything bad to say about those i have heard only positives, also I keep hearing about RRA uppers and lowers being a tight fit and needing mallets to get them into place, the third thing is has I am thinking about putting on a JP rilfes hanguard system, if anyone has used this or is currently using it i would love some feedback.

WHOA,WHOA,WHOA.........Eotech on a crowned barrel, for shame. The Eotech 512 made more sense to me, cause the batteries are cheaper, and can be purchased at a carry out at 3:30am (if required).

I like my Liberty 50 -60 gun safe.  Can't really remember the exact number.  Its big and heavy and they fill up quicker than you think.  Wife is already complaining about the fact that it is full.  I don't know if she wants me to get another safe or quit buying guns.....

And don't ask either, cause she will tell you.

My advise on a safe is to decide on the one you like and then buy the next larger size.

I bought the one I wanted and it filled up in a years time.
Now I need another.
