It just begs the question....WHY?  The ar15 is an ideal platform.  Why make another mini-14 style rifle?  I wish manufacturers who want to invest R&D money would concentrate on making cool new hosts for machinegun conversion sears such as the AR15 DIAS, HK sear, and FNC sear.
