Using same bolt carrier asm. in different rifles?

Planning a new upper.
Will using the bolt carrirer assembly from my Bushmaster V-match hurt anything?
In terms of it being sort of "warn in" on the Bushmaster. The Bushmaster shoots <1"@100. and I would not want to screw that up by sharing the bolt carrier asm with another rifle.
Should I be worried about this?

If you are looking to swap out the bolt back and forth between weapons, I would say not to do it. Spend the $120 or so and buy a dedicated BCG.

Odds of anything happening aren't real great, but it doesn't change that its not recommended.
