Do any AR upper receivers, other than military, include the sear relief cutout? Thanks for any info.

Just about all current production ARs have the sear relief. Not sure whether or not Colt has gone back to it (they had it on very early SP1s, then dropped it) but all the aftermarket A2 style and flat top uppers I've seen in recent years have had it.  If there is a manufacturer who isn't currently putting it in there, I'm sure you'll hear from somebody about it, but I can tell you that Rock River, Bushmaster, and Oly are all including it [:D]
