I saw the presolicitation notice for the Magpul stocks and MIAD from EOD Group 1, but I seem to have missed EOD Group 2's solicitation and award.

Yeah, but what if they bought them just to blow them up?  I mean, they are EOD guys.

LOL, well could be! I personally think that the Navy EOD groups are finding their roles expand/grow. This is most likely because of the simple fact that there aren't enough SF groups to go around. It makes sense to me as they have a lot of the skill sets that a SEAL would have (conditioning, dive cert, jump cert, weapons training, ability to function under high stress levels, know explosives VERY well).

I am currently involved in military naturalizations overseas.  I have to say I am very proud of our armed forces, and hats off to all the people who aren't even citizens and are willing to put their lives on the line for us.

I think current circumstances show that there is a need for well-rounded, well-trained people, like the guys you're talking about.

I don't care how many squids buy it, it's still ugly

At least Grant sells pretty scopes to make up for the ugly stocks, I love my RCO....

[Cartman]Magpul is so cool.[Cartman]

I think Magpul is one of the best companies in this business, I'd love to see them eventually make their own ARs, or something of their own design because they work SO HARD to engineer and deliver a top quality product.  I've yet to see anything come from them that hasn't been beyond excellent in concept and execution.

Congrats Grant.

That little black piece protruding from the bottom?

What's the purpose of it?

(As you can tell, I'm not that familiar with adjustable stocks, being that  I live in NY.)

Thanks Grant.

Regards,

Justin

Correct (little black thing at the bottom). It is basically for assisting someone that you have asked to hit the deck and they declined your invitation.

Pretyy self explanitory, huh?
