Opinions on the two?
RRA uses its own bbl nut, Troy uses standard.  
Both can be had under 150 bucks, so this is a point of budget on the build.
I know there are other, better, more expensive rails, but these are the two i am between.

So... Anyone want to chime in?

I'd take a look at the seekins offerings.  They are nice and priced reasonably.  I would also pass on the RRA>
