All I can do is share my experiences and information and let people come up with their own conclusions. I have no reason to lie, I don't have a vendetta against any companies. Trijicon has excellent customer service. I traded a credo with a green reticle for one with a red here in the EE.
The trade I received didn’t track windage very well. Before contacting member here, I contacted Trijicon. 2 weeks later I had a brand new scope inbound with zero questions asked. |

https://www.reddit.com/r/longrange/comments/16boj4s/update_2_absolutely_ridiculous_phone_call_with/ TL;DR, had problem with Trijicon scope. Had problems with Trijicon. Posted experiences online, shills & trolls came out of the woodwork, but only on Arfcom. Everyone else agreed with me and the issue was resolved. They refuse to believe that Trijicon could ever mess up, even though I had literal audio recordings, transcripts and multiple threads across multiple sites detailing these events. He thinks because he contributes some quality data on here that he's entitled to always be right and shit on anyone who he feels is not as experienced as him. Ultimately in my past experience with him he was incorrect but refuses to accept it. Unfortunately I can't reason with ARFCOM people because they're boomers who think that you should blindly test an optic and not actually ensure it's good to go. They think putting a Trijicon in a bucket of water is abusing it. Sorry, not sorry. View Quote Thanks for outing yourself as irrelevant Everyone ignore this dude. He has provided no evidence of his claims and I have 20 years of dealing with Trijicon and their CS and it doesn't match what this kid claims. You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink it. I've linked all the backstory and proof needed in these threads. These idiots come to the party over a week late and demand I go back and spell it all out again for them when I've already linked to all the existing threads on it. But unfortunately these shills refuse to actually read any of it. I can understand skepticism, but they come out calling me a liar/idiot etc and wonder why I don't bother trying to convince them otherwise. They wonder why younger generations don't like them, why people aren't signing up for arfcom anymore, etc. It's because you're all a boomer/fudd hivemind of people mentally stuck in 2003. So out of touch with reality that they can't accept companies not being able to have the same level of customer service nowadays. Maybe they don't want to accept it? No clue. Thankfully we won't have to deal with them forever.

Here, for all the people accusing me of lying.
Failed To Load Title You can find the transcript on the first post of this thread. Or go here for a more up-to-date and cohesive summary: https://www.reddit.com/r/longrange/comments/16boj4s/update_2_absolutely_ridiculous_phone_call_with/ ~~~ TL;dr (a) I send in a legitimately fogging scope. (b) Trijicon disassembles scope, sees no evidence of water intrusion, says scope is fine (at this point, it wasn't), but then obviously they reassemble scope and repurge it, thus unknowingly repairing or at least significantly (if not temporarily) alleviating the problem. However, they wouldn't have known this and informed me nothing's wrong with the scope. (c) I demand a retest, and they retest it, and observe a "normal" amount of fogging, however because they hadn't seen the behavior experienced before the repurge, they assumed the baseline they were seeing now was what I was complaining about, ultimately leading to a big miscommunication with them unknowingly asserting that the behavior I had seen was normal/in spec. From my side I saw a company defending a scope that fogged up internally from the fridge where I keep my beer, and from their end they saw a customer who was complaining about what they saw was a functional optic, leading to online shitstorm. |

So far, out of 10 AR upper builds, 8 different optics, 4 handgun purchases, and countless amounts of other parts/gear/gizmos, I've only had 5 things that were faulty. (a) Burris RT-6 that fogged up, but that was a $300 scope and they replaced it and problem was resolved. (b) Swampfox 1-8 (or was it a 1-10?) that had faulty illumination. They refunded me. (c) This optic. (d) Ruger GP100 which just had a funky trigger and some cosmetic wear out of the box. If you know anything about ruger revolvers, you'll know these days their QC isn't the best and sending it back isn't uncommon. I'm confident they'll fix it up good and everything will be good. (e) Faxon barrel that was not grouping. Faxon took it back and let me know that there was a burr inside and they had trashed the barrel and were sending me a new one the same day.
