Yeah, you're right someone needs to do something about this Molon guy that pops into literally every thread I make showing people all my accounts and posts from various sites. He's continually quoting a nearly year old post where I was having trouble with my groupings, he claimed it was my expectations (partially was) but then when it turned out the Faxon barrel was actually faulty, he had little to say about it.

I appreciate the painstaking posts and information he gives to the community, but that doesn't make him any better than anyone else and he needs to leave me the hell alone and go do something better with his life. He's the one coming into my threads and insinuating that I'm a liar. I'll always clap back. If he wants to approach me in a more personable manner, I'd be happy to have a conversation with him.

Add me to the list. I do not believe your posts.

I predict you will not be here very long.

Insulting long time contributors, calling people boomers ,multiple posts on same subject, posts that leave out information and then add new information when called out.

I guess that is a way to pass the time.

P.S. Gen x so you need a cleverer insult than boomer.

I really don't mind if you believe my posts or not. All I can do is share my experiences and information and let people come up with their own conclusions. I have no reason to lie, I don't have a vendetta against any companies. Do people think I want my $800 scope to be off for weeks in warranty work, then have to remount it, spend two hours of driving going to the range to re-zero it. What's my secret motive here?

At any rate two thread posts on arfcom and both are issues with new products, both of which happen to be considered high quality products.

Your only two(three) threads here are regarding issues with new items. You also never posted photos, video or the actual screen shot conversation between you and trijicon.  It’s suspect and I don’t believe you.

Wonder if it took the gp100 apart and tinkered with it as soon as it got it home.

The OP has had “problems” with three different uppers/barrels, “problems” with four different optics, “problems” with ammunition and shooting.

“Hidaro” and “hotmoistandhunky” are the same person in the linked threads below . . .

LOL. That’s awesome.

It would appear trijicon saw straight through the op’s BS.

Yeah they keep complaining that I've made multiple threads but seemingly didn't bother to read any of them. There's zero point trying to argue with them, just don't communicate. I'm going to nuke this thread as it's devolved into a shitshow.

Trijicon has excellent customer service. I traded a credo with a green reticle for one with a red here in the EE.
The trade I received didn’t track windage very well. Before contacting member here, I contacted Trijicon. 2 weeks later I had a brand new scope inbound with zero questions asked.

For those who are joining this thread and are wondering WTF is going on:

https://www.reddit.com/r/longrange/comments/16boj4s/update_2_absolutely_ridiculous_phone_call_with/

TL;DR, had problem with Trijicon scope. Had problems with Trijicon. Posted experiences online, shills & trolls came out of the woodwork, but only on Arfcom. Everyone else agreed with me and the issue was resolved. They refuse to believe that Trijicon could ever mess up, even though I had literal audio recordings, transcripts and multiple threads across multiple sites detailing these events.

The whole ordeal is over now though.

Molon's a loser who's obsessed with me for some unknown reason. He thinks because he contributes some quality data on here that he's entitled to always be right and shit on anyone who he feels is not as experienced as him. Ultimately in my past experience with him he was incorrect but refuses to accept it.

Unfortunately I can't reason with ARFCOM people because they're boomers who think that you should blindly test an optic and not actually ensure it's good to go. They think putting a Trijicon in a bucket of water is abusing it. Sorry, not sorry.

Thanks for outing yourself as irrelevant

Everyone ignore this dude. He has provided no evidence of his claims and I have 20 years of dealing with Trijicon and their CS and it doesn't match what this kid claims.

I bet the fog was exterior the entire time and trijicon called this kid out on wasting their time.

I've had them replace salty beat up second-hand-bought acogs with no questions asked. It's obvious to anyone who has first hand experience with trijicon CS that you are being disingenuous.

You may as well quit posting here man no one is buying your bs

Not tell them to warranty it.  Say “I put this scope in a bucket of water and now it fogs up.  How much is it to repurge my optic to remove the moisture?”  So far all I’ve seen is multiple posts saying Trijicon is garbage and they should have replaced your optic.

You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink it. I've linked all the backstory and proof needed in these threads. These idiots come to the party over a week late and demand I go back and spell it all out again for them when I've already linked to all the existing threads on it. But unfortunately these shills refuse to actually read any of it. I can understand skepticism, but they come out calling me a liar/idiot etc and wonder why I don't bother trying to convince them otherwise. They wonder why younger generations don't like them, why people aren't signing up for arfcom anymore, etc. It's because you're all a boomer/fudd hivemind of people mentally stuck in 2003. So out of touch with reality that they can't accept companies not being able to have the same level of customer service nowadays. Maybe they don't want to accept it? No clue. Thankfully we won't have to deal with them forever.

I did and this is what I got lol

Customer #1: I was out in the field and accidentally dropped my rifle while crossing a creek. Now it fogs up inside the tube.

Trijicon : no problem send it in and we’ll take a look at it.
Yep, it failed. We will have a new one headed your way shortly

Customer #2: Yo Trij, not sure what kinda operation you guys are running, but I store my scopes in buckets of water and they fogging up. What you gonna do to make this right?

Trijicon:

Here, for all the people accusing me of lying.

You can find the transcript on the first post of this thread.

Or go here for a more up-to-date and cohesive summary: https://www.reddit.com/r/longrange/comments/16boj4s/update_2_absolutely_ridiculous_phone_call_with/

~~~
TL;dr
(a) I send in a legitimately fogging scope.
(b) Trijicon disassembles scope, sees no evidence of water intrusion, says scope is fine (at this point, it wasn't), but then obviously they reassemble scope and repurge it, thus unknowingly repairing or at least significantly (if not temporarily) alleviating the problem. However, they wouldn't have known this and informed me nothing's wrong with the scope.
(c) I demand a retest, and they retest it, and observe a "normal" amount of fogging, however because they hadn't seen the behavior experienced before the repurge, they assumed the baseline they were seeing now was what I was complaining about, ultimately leading to a big miscommunication with them unknowingly asserting that the behavior I had seen was normal/in spec. From my side I saw a company defending a scope that fogged up internally from the fridge where I keep my beer, and from their end they saw a customer who was complaining about what they saw was a functional optic, leading to online shitstorm.
They literally said it's fogging internally in the phone call. Are you retarded, or just a troll? Did you even bother listening to 30 seconds of it?
You have issues with everything you buy. Why is that?
I buy a LOT of stuff. I also sell a lot of stuff, so I have many products that I get to try out. So far, out of 10 AR upper builds, 8 different optics, 4 handgun purchases, and countless amounts of other parts/gear/gizmos, I've only had 5 things that were faulty.
(a) Burris RT-6 that fogged up, but that was a $300 scope and they replaced it and problem was resolved.
(b) Swampfox 1-8 (or was it a 1-10?) that had faulty illumination. They refunded me.
(c) This optic.
(d) Ruger GP100 which just had a funky trigger and some cosmetic wear out of the box. If you know anything about ruger revolvers, you'll know these days their QC isn't the best and sending it back isn't uncommon. I'm confident they'll fix it up good and everything will be good.
(e) Faxon barrel that was not grouping. Faxon took it back and let me know that there was a burr inside and they had trashed the barrel and were sending me a new one the same day. This is the one that Molon keeps saying is somehow my fault.
I'm only going to post about shit I'm having trouble with or that's breaking, that's why it seems like I'm just being unlucky. Everything else works fine.
Again, having that many issues with products is suspect.  On top of that your demeanor and delivery leaves a lot to be desired and does you no favors.
