I saw one and it looks neat. But of course its not as popular as a Surefire or a Yankee Hill. If for the same price, I'll stick with the more popular brands. But if its priced low, I wont mind trying it out.

How do these stack up against YHM and Surefire railed handguards? Are they better ?
Surefire's are a different set-up so you really can compare the two, but the MI's are better than the YHM's. |

I have it for my Colt and have to say its top notch. My fore grip is rock solid now and the top rail is perfectly even with my reciver top.

I just got mine yesterday and put it on my upper. Fit was perfect and no play. Easy to get on also.

From what I hear they are very good and fit better than the YHM. The YHM's tend to have play.

No experience with YHM, but did have ARMS #50 on my Colt. What an anchor the SIR was!!
Just got Midwest Indust carbine handguards today and installed them. Very pleased. Tight, wiggle-free install. In fact, much tighter than I would have expected. Well designed and they look great. And what a price...$130 shipped? A deal. Cheers! Pics to follow.
