One of my G2 nitrolons tail caps got FUBARED. New one on the way ASAP, no questions asked no charge.

Good enough for me to stick with them.

Nice CAV....I'm just starting to browse the weaponlights area and I saw your post....which SF light do you have on your rifle?  Im looking at the m600 vs the m300, I'm not sure if you have one of those though, I cant remember...the last time I saw it there were so many guns I couldn't think straight lol.  I definitely am going with a SF light though....thats all I know for sure, so its good to hear they have such good CS.

Over the years I'vd had to use Surefire's CS a few times and I completely agree-they set the standard.

The most recent time was an inquiry about parts availability for an older A2 Aviator. The parts I was asking about broke because of me-it was completely my fault and I was prepared to pay to replace them. Once I confirmed that the parts were available I asked if they could take my Visa number over the phone. The nice lady told me to put away my credit card, because the parts I needed were covered under warranty. She took my address and a few days later I had my parts

I have an older G2 Nitrolon that didn't have a lockout tailcap. Emailed Surefire to ask about purchasing one of the new lockout type. They sent me one for free.

Agreed.  I had them send me a tailcap in an attempt to fix a problem with an A2L that I had.  When that didn't work, I sent in the light and they fixed it for free.  World class customer service!

That's something folks don't think about when they compare SF to other lights.  SF lights are covered for LIFE.
