It was Saturday night and the wife and I had no plans so I was on the net looking for the configuration I would want in my AR15 purchase later this month. Just for the hell of it, I sent an email to ADCO telling him exactly what I was looking for and I asked about a price and build time.
I was stunned to find that I had an email this morning (Sunday) that had a price quote and an estimated build time. This guy took the time at almost mimdnight on a Saturday night to respond to my email. He certainly could have waited till Monday and I would have been fine. Instead, he got me the info quickly. And in the meantime, he got a new customer. I can't wait to order from him!!!!

I've never purchased from them but they responded very quickly to emails that I sent when I was shopping around for my AR.

i've had many cases like yours. i would be up all night looking at stuff he offered and would email to ask about options or availability thinking i would get a reply the next day but was getting them shortly after..
super customer service if you ask me! even ordered in the middle of the night before

I bought my RRA from Steve and he answered all my questions quickly and honestly. He walked a new buyer through all my kinda of dumb questions (they seem dumb now anyway) with great patience and he got my order immediately when decided. Then he had the nerve to get it to me in less than 5 business days. What service-thanks Steve.
