What is the standard trigger pull in pounds or is there one? Do all the LPK manufacturers basically have the same pull? Is the lower with the adjustable pull screw worth it?

I don't know if there is a "standard" per say, but all three of my milspec triggers were between 7 and 9 lbs before being replaced.
