You might want to make sure the staking on the right side isn't sticking up too much, but it looks fine to me.
WAY too many people seem to want to see a huge deformation of the key, when that's not needed at all. The TM calls for displacing 0.02" of metal into the knurling on the screws, with no more than 0.02" upward or outward deformation. Which means a couple of pops from an automatic center punch on each side of each screw would be all you'd need. |
