I am looking for optics for both my AR-15 and my AK-47. While I have settled on the Kobra for the AK, my friends and my local gunshop are really pushing the Springfield 14x40 1" .223 tactical  scope for my Bushmaster AR-15.

Has anyone had any experiences with this brand or or model? It played with one at the range and it seems like a good scope for the money.
