You could have a RRA 9MM upper modified.

How about these?
IMO there's not much use for the A2 rear adjustments with a 9mm. Admittedly, I have them on mine -- but only because its the only thing I was able to scrounge. |

Yeah, I was looking at those earlier.
Not sure by the pic if the case deflector is permanently mounted or whether it's removable or not. I'd prefer it if it was removable. I have an ongoing project and need an A2 upper with no protrusions on the side Mark |

The case deflector is removable, just pull the ejection port cover pin out and off everything comes. Some of the RRA 9mm uppers are not cut for the gas tube.

I think ASA makes a A-2 upper with out the items you listed.

RRA 9mm upper with 9mm deflector and port door replaced with "normal" port door. Unfortunately on this one, not drilled for gas tube.
