Hello,
Does anyone have some info on the left hand side cocking uppers (instead  of the rear charging handle)?  Who makes them, what is the cost, can they be easilt accessed with a scope mounted on top of them or is it a pain in the ass.  
Ive seen a picture of one but was unable to get any info about it
