I have a LE6920 that I'm thinking of putting goodies onto.  Probably just a Surefire M500 handguard weaponlight and a Trijicon TA-01 NSN.  I have 2 AK's and a HK for KISS, and I'd like to have a black rifle with a scope.  Any reason not to?  It's my only AR.

I'd suggest a TA-31 over the TA01NSN, other than that, go for it.

What's the TA-31 offer over the TA-01 NSN?

BAC = Ability to use in CQB/close up target - fast.

Bindon Aiming Concept (BAC)

and around $300 ($460 MSRP)

But in my opinion, worth every dime.

Hell, go ahead and get the TA31 RCO M4 model

Within the TA31 models the differences are the reticle

TA31 DONUT

TA31F CHEVRON

TA31 RCO M4 - Unique chevron with horizontal strata

and the 6920 can be enhanced by a top quality optic, LMT SOPMOD stock, BUIS, and good ammo

One of mine (looks a bit different today with a new rail but no pix of that)

Do it.

NOTHIN'

I wouldn't add anything to it

Well. . . maybe some sort of light set up, but that's it!!!!!

I put an adapter under my handguard so that I could mount my M3 light to it, looks pretty cool and works good too

I was in the same situation about 6 months ago.  I decided to go with an Aimpoint in a LaRue mount, LaRue 7.0 rail handguard, Tangodown vertical grip, Troy back up rear sight, Knights QD swivels (rail mount up front, M4 stock mount in the rear), and a Surefire E2D in an VLTOR scout mount.

If I were you, I'd go with an Aimpoint or Eotech over the ACOG.  I just sold a TA01NSN and don't regret it at all.  The Aimpoint is much more versatile on an AR....just my opinion.
