Hello, I have a stripped lower receiver in another State, can my wife ship it to me? Or do I need to have it go through another FFL holder? Thanks in advance.

If you own it I believe it could be shipped to you, you can ship firearms to yourself. I would say the best was to CYA would be for YOU to use UPS account to print the shipping label and schedule a pickup. Doesn’t really matter who sets it outside the door for pickup.

i believe FFLs are only required for the transfer of a firearm, as in transferring ownership. shipping it to yourself is no different than sending it somewhere for service. no FFL required.

Mailing firearms to yourself is no problem, I always send them with tracking and signature required via priority and never an issue. Can't say the same with UPS, they claimed I had to be an FFL to ship to myself but that's another story.

I'm not sure of the legality of your wife mailing it to you but I wouldn't think it'd be a big deal as long as it is your firearm and she is not prohibited from owning. I'd still go the online shipping label route and put yourself as the return address.
