Sure this has been visited before but I cannot find any thread....

Planning on a 1x-4x or similar scope mounted on a flat top with a 1 piece mount (akin ADM, Larue, Bobro)....

Question is will the FSB block view thru scope?  I know I can change out the FSB but want to keep it there.  I see alot of pics showing scopes mounted on flat tops with standard fixed FSB and seems it would block the view...

No, I have a 1-3x with a fixed FSB and it's not an issue, even on 1x.

For a while I had a 2-7x35 on my M4.  The front sight post wasn't really an issue at any power.  It may be an issue at 1x, not sure.
