Which scope should I go with, and why! Need suggestions!

Go with the Leupold MR/T in 3-9x. It is the very same scope the military uses on theirs except it has a different designation. It was specifically designed for the SPR concept (someone correct me if I'm wrong) of a light recoiling, small caliber, precision rifle. I believe you have the choice of M3 or M1 turrets plus you can get it with or without an illuminated reticle.

I am biased towards Leupold because all mine have been great and I have friends who have had great experience with their customer service when needed (27 year old hunting scope - in Alaska for the whole time - repaired free of charge).

The above suggestion is a very good one.

The early SPR's used the Leupold 3.5-10 LR M3, which is what I put on my wannabe.

I have two Leupolds, and was going to use one for the build! Then my deer rifle will be missing optics! Guess I am going to spend again!
