I think you already know what the problem is. Someone ran that reamer hard or dry or something. Hopefully they'll fix you up.

Jesse is going to take care of you, hence will exchange the upper to a new unit without a second thought about it.
Just remind him to issue a call tag to get the defective receiver shipped back on his own dime. |

Thanks Dano - Hopefully I'll hear from them this week. I have a couple of other J&T uppers and have been very pleased with the quality.

No worries, and might want to just give them a call on Monday since their email does tend to get slammed over the weekend with General sales questions that the lads have to dig out of before they get to yours.
If everything plays out right, should have a new upper in hand by this coming weekend, and maybe a pick up of the defective unit my Wednesday as well (they should have your CC on file, so not the end of the world for them to have a replacement upper in transit while they are having the old on picked up). |

Thanks for all the responses. Tim and Nick were very responsive and had the upper picked up on their dime. Should have the replacement by next week.

Received the upper with a replacement barrel. Chamber is smooth as it should be. Rounds chamber and eject perfectly. Gotta get it to the range to test. Nick, Tim, and Lee were very helpful. Getting ready to order another carbine upper from J&T. Great company to do business with. Thanks again for all the replies.
