Have three other RR triggers that dropped in place, no problem and work well:light first stage
to a discrete/no creep, but still light second
stage break. However, latest trigger install
dropped-in no problem, usual first stage but
a 6-7 lb.second stage break(still no creep).
It looks normal,no burrs,etc.so I'm thinking
it's probably the mass-production blues such
as very slight difference in pin hole spacing.
Any suggestions on a possible fix?? Regards,
Chuck Hunt

I know it sounds excessive, but try shooting it a couple hundred times.  Any small inconsistencies between parts should either resolve themselves by then, or become so pronounced that you can positively ID the problem and go about finding a solution for it.

Unacceptable.
Call RRA and send it back for exchange.
