What does everyone use to remove the carbon off of your bolts? I'm refering to the rear part behind the gas rings. Flathead screwdriver? Box cutter? Bore brush?
If heard of soaking it overnight in Simple Green. What's the best way?

I know the buildup is self-limiting and shouldn't affect reliability, but dang that stuff just begs to be scraped off!

FWIW, I've never had a carbon buildup on the bolt, I shoot both XM193 and Wolf. Even after the last time I went shooting and fire 500 rounds of dirty Wolf, I still didn't have a build up.

I assume it's because I leave the bolt very wet with CLP which stops the carbon from adhering to the back of the bolt, that's my best guess.
