[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Range Data Card

I was messing around with AutoCAD and came up with a Range Data Card.
If I could get input from anyone who has used one of these I would like to know if there is anything missing or not needed on this card.
I may concider making a run of these if I can get a quote that sounds reasonable.

Each page would be 4" x 6".
You see two pages there, I have yet to make a sketch page and a notes page.
I don't know what else I need.
