I have a new ACOG (TA33R-8 to be exact) and had a ? about cleaning. I've searched the archives but didnt see what I was looking for. I know the Reflex is effected by CLP/solvents but what about the ACOG? Will CLP hurt the coatings on the glass or damage the fiber optic tube? Will it seep into the hole on the body the tube is inserted into? Thanks for your help. I'll need to confirm this but CLP shouldn't hurt the ACOG. I'll get back to you tomorrow. |

Bump. I accidently sprayed BF powder blast on the rear lens
 Maybe next time I wont forget the scopecoat.
