what is the recoil like in comparison to my Ruger Deerstalker .44 Mag. ?

is the balance of the L-W .499 similar to that of a L-W 5.56mm gas piston upper on any AR-15 type lower ?

do you plan on reloading the .499 L-W ??

Heavier.  Kind of like a .308 Remington Model 7.

The unloaded rifle I handled was a little muzzle heavy, with a mag and ammo it probably balances nicely, but will weigh a bit more than a 5.56 counterpart when loaded.

Buttplate,

Why don't you post this in the Leitner-Wise industry forum?
