Midway USA has some magazines listed as "Colt 30-Round Pre-Ban Factory Magazine AR15/M16 223 Parkerized"

In the picture they look pretty nice, with green followers.  The picture also shows the floorplate stamp, which from the magazine faq it appears these were made in the 70's.  The magazine faq says they should have black followers.

Am I correct in assuming these are refurbished magazines?  Are they worth the price I can get them for, which is $25.28 each?  Also, the description says they are "steel, parkerized", though perhaps that's a MidwayUSA error...

I believe they are aftermarket CRAP. Stay away. Buy only USGI mags.

Not the mags I though from your first description. They look like refinished USGI 30s?

Is $25 pricey for refurbished USGI?  The price I got from 79TRANSAM for "Refurbished Colt 30's" was $40...for "Refinished USGI 30's" he listed $28.

Well, I went ahead and ordered one to get a closer look. :)

Should be here tomorrow.  Once it arrives I'll give a report and post a picture or two.
