I too just ordered  my lower, LPK and M4 stock. I'm already anxiously awaiting the package. Mine is all RRA parts. This will be my first build, yours too?

Sorry to butt in but isn't there something mysteriously high level of cool factor in holding a stripped lower and giving it it's first coat of CLP? It never ceases to grab a hold of me no matter how many builds I make.

I think that's what drives a lot of us to continue building. It's not the barrel or the fore grips or the stock, or the latest Surefire tac light, it's that damn receiver that does it to us.

My lower is RRA as well as the parts kit and the stock.  Hopefully they will be here by Thursday.  RB said that they shipped this afternoon.
This is my first AR.  I decided to take the plunge after finding this website.  I had just received my CMP M1 (which was supposed to be my Christmas present),  You know how that goes.  I guess I will get two presents this year :-)

I just got started on mine as well.  RRA lower and RRA LPK, Cavalry Arms stock.  I finished the lower last night.  It was even easier than I expected,  I was hoping for more of a challange actually.  Anyways thanks everyone here and a pic for now...it will be a while before  I can afford the upperhinking.gif

Got almost all of what I ordered for the lower today.  Got the parts kit but not the stock :-(.  Hopefully, it will be on the way soon.  Anyway.  I put most of the lower together tonight following the instructions.  It took longer than 30 minutes, but it went smothly.
