Pulled a stripped lower out of it's packaging to assamble, found this.  Should I the contact the dealer or Bushmaster?  Also posted in Industry.

Limited One-Year Warranty

Bushmaster Firearms International firearms are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Any such defect of which Bushmaster Firearms International is given written notice, as provided below, within one year and ten days from the date of first purchase by a customer will be remedied by Bushmaster Firearms, International. This warranty is granted by Bushmaster Firearms International, P.O. Box 556,Madison, NC 27025.


I sent Bushmaster an E-mail, my dealer closed an hour ago.  I have never dealt with them before, we'll see.

I would contact Bushmaster. I guess that one slipped thru. I'm sure they will get you fixed up with another receiver.

Aaron, that certainly appears to be a bad manufacturing defect. Please provide
me with your physical address so that I can email you a service request to get
that lower back in for replacement.
