I have a MD-07 that has rode on a MI rail on my Draco. It has always held zero perfectly, but lately it has been acting funky.

I can turn it on, but only one intensity works. Sometimes it comes on when the rheostat is on "0", sometimes only when it is on "8", "9", or "10" - but the other numbered positions don't work at all. I tried putting a new battery in it, but it still does the same thing. Is this an easy fix? Is it busted? I know Marsh has some of the best CS in the industry, but I think I've had this thing for over a year.

Suggestions please?

Contact Marshal he will get you lined out.

Did you put a fresh battery in it?

I did put in a new battery.  Didn't help.

I haven't tried contacting Marsh yet.  Last time I had an issue, I called PA and the guy that answered (not Marsh) wasn't very helpful.  So I thought I'd run it by the arf collective first.

Email me and I will get it taken care of. I get worried when you say you called and were not taken care of. Like most dealers we did get overwhelmed with phone calls and email during the buying frenzy and threw some green people on the phones. Thing are back to normal but if anyone ever has a issue please contact me directly. When I see comment that we are not responding to problems I take serious. Butts will get kicked today!

Marshall may very well be the most responsive person I have seen in the firearms/accessories related business.  And I have yet to see him not follow through on his word.

From what I'm seeing, that is true.  I've never had anyone, friend or otherwise, ever email me and respond to my emails as quickly as he has done this morning.

Marsh is in fact taking care of me.

I already received my replacement MD07 and mounted it to my Draco.  Get this - without making ANY windage or elevation adjustments, it was DEAD ON at 25 yards!

Marshall, you ARE the man!  Thank you!!!!

I actually bought my 2 PA micros primarily because of Marshall's CS and quick responses on the forums over the years.  The fact that they work well and I don't need the CS is a bonus I called after receiving my first to inquire about the amount of tint on the lens (a bit more than the Aimpoints I was used to) and he responded with explanation immediately offering to give full refund if I wasn't happy.  I felt like I had to pull it away and say "heck no you aren't getting it back"

ETA: I had the same thing happen to me with my SWFA SS1-6x24 recently.  I got it out to the range in a LT104 mount and had to make .2 mil adjustment down and .1 left for it to be perfect.
