What is the cause for trigger or hammer pins shifting to one side. I have 2 lowers that the pins shift on and have been contemplating getting some KNS pins but dont want to drop $60 if there is a simple fix. I have looked at the pins beside my others that dont shift and the grooves appear to be in the same place.

Are the springs leaving their respective pin grooves?
If not, I wouldn't really worry about it.

Check that the hammer spring is installed correctly.

A LITTLE shift is ok but you dont want those pins coming out in a firefight. my hammer pin came out on my RRA one time cause the hammer j-pin was crappy. the rifle started shooting full auto cause the FCG was tweaked. i sent it back just push on the pins a little and if they dont come out you should be good to go.
