Holy schnikies. I just noticed your A1 is actually a detachable handle. I haven't seen one of those in years. I didn't think there were even being made any longer. And yeah, I was going to ask about the sight too. Glad you go out and shot with your Dad!!!!!!

I caught a little muzzle flash on video. Working with a T-Rex armed junior who has great difficulty fitting an A2. I was hoping to not spoil her with the dot, but she claims "it's cheating" and wants irons.

Boom. You actually like the ACE stock? Looks good. Mod H cloners like them stocks. Although they have different generations and yours may or may not be clone correct. You probably know all this.....

Haha it’s funny you say that I bought that ace stock back in 2010 or so for a clone and that never ended up happening so it became the sarcificial stock for this build. I like the stock but I’m also a huge qd sling guy and this ace stock doesn’t have a qd sling attachment point other that that it suits the rifle well because it’s heavy and comfortable. Video from the Rockcastle 10k run and gun. It was the first one I have done, and it was a lot of fun! I learned a lot, and I'll definitely shoot it again next year. The hills there are no joke--something this Florida boy wasn't ready for.
