You did that just to see what kind of reaction you would get didn't you? *clears throat* OMG!!!!!! WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO TO THAT THING!!!!!! THAT POOR RETRO UPPER!!!!!!  reaction served. haha

Actually, I put that together because of a member's picture request last year. The upper lives on a Sendra A1 lower, while the lower is part of my full auto M4 carbine. I do have to say, that is a very handy configuration and I don't think it looks half bad. Pat 0-1-25 |
I don't have this one, but a buddy of mine came over today with these Surefire handguards while he was grabbing a 20" barrel. Since I haven't used the Surefire M series on a 20" weapon before, I figured we could screw it into an upper, then drop it onto a lower for some quick pictures. There isn't a gas tube in place (this was only screwed together for 5 minutes to get pics), but I've got to admit that this setup had a nice overall feel and balance to it.  |
