Just wanted to introduce myself.  I've been lurking here for a while and I've just recently made my first AR purchase.  It's an RRA TAC CAR.  I went ahead and bought a YH handguard and some offbrand(NC Star??) vertical foregrip at the same time.  I also bought a D&H mag to go with the NHMTG mag that came with the gun.  I got all of this yesterday and was planning to go and shoot it today, but I ended up hurting myself while chasing down a fly-foulball so I'll be sitting here, looking at this gun while I heal up for the next few weeks.  The docs say that I tore my rotator-cuff in my right shoulder...sux.  Anyway here's the pics...

Thanks!  In all honesty, I'm an HK fan first and foremost.  I really wanted to buy a DOC HK94, but my pocketbook wasn't big enough.  Not that I'm saying an AR is second best or anything.  The fact that our armed forces carry this weapon platform is a testament to it's abilities in battle.  Anyway, I'm just glad to be on board.
