Have a new Colt postban M4 with the 1:7 barrel, with the ACOG TA-11 on the 19S. For punching paper at 100 yards should I be using 55 or 62 gr or spend the money on the Black Hills 68 or 75 gr match ammo?  IF the BH then is the 68 or 75 gr better for the 1:7 barrel?  Thanks, Nelson

55gr for punching paper. It's the cheapest.

But, I say get alittle of all and try them out.
