there is another company that makes a stock that is a little similar to this one but where the middle sling slot is on the DPMS it has a battery compartment on both sides. Unfortunetly I do not remember who makes it but it seems like a really nice stock. Hopefully someone knows what the hell I'm talking about and will chime in with the name

You are probably thinking of the Command Arms Accessories stock. It looks like this one may be made by them as well.

It's not the CAA one with the flip up compartment, this stock has two tubular battery compartments, I think it holds two CR123 batteries on each side |

Why do companies still use "Space Age" in their add copy? The space age ended in 1969?

thank you! It's the one from CTD. I have been loking all over the place for a pic of it. I would get that one over the DPMS one but I would also get the Modstock over any of them |

The stock sold by Cheaper Than Dirt is one of the Command Arms Accessories (formerly TDI) offerings. An ARFCommer recently did a review on the stock. I believe that SIG's new 5.56 offerings were outfitted with this stock at the Shot Show.

I thought it was a CAA stock but I couldn't find it anywhere on there site. I did find a pic of it on the CAA site and they had it on a AR with one of their rail systems but there was no pic of it by its self. |
