[ARCHIVED THREAD] - New Build Problem

Just finished a pistol build. Model 1 sales 7.5 atop a mega lower. Charging handle doesn't clear the receiver plate(plate under the castle nut)

. Ideas?

File down the receiver end plate to match the contour of the castle nut. Degrease and touch up the exposed metal with cold blue.

What he said, only take an awl and scratch the contour of the castle nut onto the end plate, remove the plate and file close to the line. Test fit, file, test fit, file, debur, degrease, cold blue, rinse reapea...I mean done.
