My local gun store has Adcom M855 62gr. in 5.56 he has it priced at $89.00 for 500 rounds, boxed in 20 rd boxes. He has several 500 rd boxes. Is that a good price. Thanks

Not bad considering everything else out there. Just be aware that you will need to inspect every round. From what I have heard, they have hard primers too.

Hard primer?? Forgive me but still new, I bought a box just to try.

If you don't have a substantial firing pin spring, you may have problems with it. Or you may have no problems whatsoever.

For that price, it isn't bad though. Just treat it as Surplus or PD ammo, and you will be fine.
