| Hello: I have a Flat-Top post-ban AR-15 20" HBAR upper with no markings on the receiver. Only markings are on the front sight, with an E followed by a RI in a circle then a 1. Barrel is stamped J & T 1-9. Not sure if this is enough info, but can anyone tell me the maker of the upper? Thanks!! |
