I think I'm going to form 1 all my AR pistols before the end of the year.  I'd like to get them all done before any implementation of 41p.

Really sweet build, looks great with the ferfrans. Have you thought about using a UCIW stock system with it.

Possible cease of trusts for new Nfa items in 2015

This is the main reason I made the conscience decision to go the individual/CLEO route. I have friends who have gone the trust route and e-filed with it only taking several weeks rather than months.
I actually made the conscience decision to go the individual route. I did this for a number of reasons but the main reason was that I wanted the CLEO signature signifying that it was "OK". Politically speaking, if anything ever happens in the future, I feel that this may be the better option. It was just a personal choice.

Can you post a more detailed pic of the clearance between the Ferfrans and the handguard please?  I am thinking about running a 9.5" handguard and a 10.5" barrel.

My barrel is 10.5" and my rail is 10". You will be fine with a 9.5" rail.

EDIT: Here are some pics.

Trust's are codified into law, CLEO signature isn't.  ATF 41P will make it more difficult for trusts and businesses because it will require CLEO signoff and fingerprints for every person in the trust and every responsible person in the corporation.
