I have a colt match target m4 and Im installing a larue 7.0 rail but I cant seem to get the new barrel nut that comes with it to go flush to the reciever and it seems to be as tight as it can be.

Thanks

the barrel nut is not suppose to be flush with it.  If it's tight, and the rails line up, it's good to go.
