I'm planning on building my first AR, don't have all of the money available right now, plan on buying a little at a time. As this is my first build, if I could get any opinions on what I want to get will work together that would be great.
This is what I have planned so far. Upper: VLTOR MUR M4 Upper Receiver 16" Bushmaster Dissipator Heavy Barrel Assembly (8th from the top) BCM Gunfighter CH - Mod 4 Vltor CASV-EL Extended-Length Green BCM BCG MPI/Auto Would like to know some good options for a back up rear iron sight that would work with the FSB on the Bushy barrel. (preferably flip-up) Lower: Spikes Tactical ST-15 stripped lower Geissele SSA Trigger Spikes Tactical Mil-Spec Buffer Tube Assembly Magpul MIAD Grip - OD Green Magpul UBR Stock - OD Green Also would like to know what all else I would need in order to finish the rifle and put the rifle together, as in what kind of tools I would need. |

Looks pretty good. Personally, I think the Mod 3 is kinda big, but if you like it then that will work. Lose the KNS pins, it's a waste of money. As for tools, you'll need a upper receiver block and a vise and a barrel wrench (I like the DPMS one). You'll need a few punches too. |

If you haven't tried them personally, I would recommend starting with the smaller one YMMV. |

Yeah I havn't tried them personally, i looked at the pictures again and can see the mod 3 is a little big. |
