You tell me, but that stock looks like it might be wood and the grip is mottled. With all that rust I wonder if these are actually functional or just used for training/parade purposes. At least three weapons in the front row have the brown stock.

The stock in the front is mottled. They are regular, black stocks but so shiny that they are reflecting the brown of the dirt in front of them - it's a very bright day.
