Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Model 1 Upper

Has anyone had any experience with a Model 1 M4 upper in A2 config? I have a RRA lower and Model 1 M4 upper. First time to shoot it was yesterday, first 30 rounds no problems, next clip it did not extract the shell. I think the shell was bad (old wolf ammo). Any ideas? Should I worry about it or go get some new ammo?
