I have 1 USGI mag that fits realy tight in my Bushy so tighy that when you push the mag relese it dose'nt move. Any way I can fix this mabey put the mag in a vise and play with it? Reason I ask is I had another USGI mag that was somewhat tight it would kinda drop free but get caught at the top so i squeezed it a few times and it seemed to fix it. So would a vise be a good or bad idea?

A vice or C-clamp is exactly the right way to fix this, but just remember to go very slow and check the fit often.  You only need to adjust them a few thousandths of an inch.
