I can't reach the ECIS hosted Mag Faq just the Tripod hosted Mag FAQ.  Anybody else having this problem??

Reading the FAQ I determined my factory Colt 5 round magazines have the slightly less reliable plastic vice metal follower.  They also appear to have the floorplate riveted to ?? and instead of a hole on the left side it has a dimple.  Can the floorplate be removed in order to replace the follower?  and if I happen to forget to include any parts is the mag with a higher than original capacity not kosher.  In other words since it is a pre-ban mag does it matter how many it holds?

I doubt that there is anyway that you will fit more than 10rds in the mag.  New 10 round mags are legal.
