I have gone to all the links and read a lot while on this thread. I've learned a lot. What I have found out is my Spikes Tactical 9mm lower will not work with the Macon Armory barrel. "NOTE: the guaranteed to feed barrel guarantee does not apply to 9mm Glock lowers made by Spikes Tactical. They have an inherent design flaw that prevents them from feeding heavier longer HP ammo such as Federal 147 HST. We are working on a solution, but this is a known issue directly related to the lower, so buyers should be aware before making a purchase." Does anyone have any more insight on this? Will this problem exist on the Ballistic Advantage barrel?

So... that statement on his site is basically saying he won't guarantee it will feed flawlessly. It MAY work just fine, or it may not. Mine does. Rudy's barrels are like the Cadillac of 9mm ehnanced feed cone barrels.
My Glock build uses a Spikes spider lower, generic upper receiver, and Macon Armory barrel. I bought the barrel without reading the fine print and I'm glad I did. It runs like a sewing machine. It feeds everything, including 147HST hollow points with no problem at all, and I can't remember a single feed jam.
I have a Ballistic Advantage EPC 8.3" barrel upper I built. Not as refined as Rudy's but still good barrels. Mine feeds just fine when I put it on my Spikes lower, but I haven't tried cycling HST's with that config. I did test HST's with Colt mag lower and it cycled them perfectly. Testing here:

B.Kings Firearms has by far the best prices I've seen. Make sure it's their "EPC" model, though - that link I posted should only show the EPC models. Those are the only ones with the enhanced feed cone.
