Will the M9 bayonet fit onto a 16" upper or only the 20"?

it'll fit on all of them if it has a bayo lug

but the blade will protrude past the muzzle only half way on the 16in
m-9s will fit the 20in and 14.5 in bbls appropriatly

Thank you for the quick response. Are people buying bayonets for 16"uppers or are they spending the money on other toys?

It will not fit as designed on a 16" barrel, only on the 14.5" or 20"... it fits sloppily on a 16" barrel with the mid-length handguards.

Will it fit the way it was intended? Or will it be sloppy too?

If this is what you're talking about, it's nothing more than an extention screwed onto the base of the M9
