I hope this hasn't been beaten to death here before, but I was hoping for some clarification. I know that some lower receivers are held in higher esteem than others (Bushmaster vs. DPMS, for example). But, brand name loyalty aside, just how important is the difference in lowers: cast vs. forged, etc.  Will any lower do the job, regardless of make (i.e.- are there verified stories of lowers cracking or blowing up under use, etc.?). Not trying to start a flame war, just wondering. Thanks!
