Not sure anyone makes this, but am looking for a budget (about $150 ) 16 inch barrel that is .625 under handguards, installed FSB (either dia) and .600 out front. Midlength, and chrome lined or melonite.
May have to go with a PSA pencil barrel, or have a HB reprofiled, but really am wanting this.

Not sure it fits all your needs, but Faxon makes a very nice one.

They offer quite a few others too, great quality and reasonably priced.

I have two faxon barrels, but need a FSB already installed. If Faxon ever sold them like that, it would be awesome. I have a barrel .85 under handguards and .70 out front, I may send it to ADCO and have it turned down.

If you get the Faxon Gunner barrel from Aim Surplus it comes with a pinned gas block that's not difficult to install.

We offer a 16" Pencil Mid, both mid and carbine. Just a touch lighter .575 out in front. We are out of stock right now, but will probably be back in stock sometime next week.

We have the option to install the FSB for you, either with or without the hand guard cap and delta ring assembly. You'll be hard pressed to find the barrel with the FSB installed for $150 though.

Ballistic Advantage or a Faxon Gunner from TNTE. Not enough gas block journal on the Faxon pencil profile for a FSB.
