At a gun show I found Federal xm193c for $350 per 1000 , are prices going down or was I just lucky ?

That's about the going rate.  I wouldn't consider it to be a 'Great' Price.

I can get Federal XM193 Brown Box for $344.00/1000 Rounds at the local Range.

I would consider $340-$380 'Average' price, $310-$339 'Good' Price and $309 or less per 1000 Rounds out the door a 'Great' price!

That price was "with" tax ,  around here  the average is $9 - $10 a box , if you can find it . That was the best price I have seen in the short time I have been looking for it ,  plus tax included and no shipping.
